At our Surrey dental office, we use dental bonding to repair gaps, chips, and cracks in your teeth for a healthier, more even smile.
How does cosmetic dental bonding work?
Dental bonding is a non-invasive process that involves the application of a natural looking composite resin material onto the tooth to cover up small cracks, gaps or other damage. The material is then hardened, smoothed and polished.
This process, even if multiple teeth are being bonded, is completed during a single appointment at our office, and drilling and anesthetic are not usually required. Dental bonding is one of the most inexpensive and non-invasive ways to achieve a great smile!
Dental bonding can help correct a variety of dental problems, including stubborn stains, gaps between the teeth, or chipped or uneven teeth.
How are dental bonds cared for? Do they look and feel natural?
It may take you a couple of weeks to get used to new shape and size of your teeth after the bonding procedure is complete. After that, as long as you maintain a good brushing and flossing routine daily, and visit the dentist at prescribed intervals, your dental bonds will last you for many years to come, looking and feeling just like your natural teeth.
